At 2:30pm ET, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will host a town hall meeting with educators at Board headquarters. Consumer credit data is due at 3pm ET. Blackbaud, Chiquita Brands, Cree, Priceline.com, Sothebys, and Walt Disney are schedule to report earnings after the closing bell.
