Dharamshala, Agartala included in new smart cities list, residents jubilant
Dharamshala/Imphal, May 25 (ANI): Dharamshala and Agartala have come in the top 13 urban centres picked to be developed as smart cities under the Modi government's ambitious plan for a revamp. Meant to change the way urban India lives, smart cities will enjoy uninterrupted power and water supplies, internet connectivity, e-governance along with quality infrastructure. When asked how residents felt as their respective cities have been nominated as smart city, residents expressed their joy and said much has to be done in their cities.
