Delhi is not a state, it's Union Territory, rules and restrictions are different: Sheila Dikshit
New Delhi, Jun 17 (ANI): Former New Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit responding to the deadlock in Delhi's governance on Sunday said, "Delhi government should work according to the existing rules and provisions. They cannot do whatever they want to." She further said, "Those in support of Kejriwal maybe don't know Delhi is not a state, it is a Union Territory. Its rules and restrictions are different. I have also worked here for 15 years, didn't I?"
