Delhi HC orders to seal all merchandise using hot mixing plants as banned by NGT
New Delhi, Aug 31 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Monday heard the matter of NGT's order. Lawyer Balendu Shekhar said that the court ordered DPCC and two more organisations to seal all the merchandise which used stone preferred chips. The police are also to give adequate support. He said that the NGT has also asked Delhi government for the points of entry and exit, questioning about the security regarding points of entry into Delhi from other states. He added that NGT has appointed several lawyers to check on it.
