Dalit families to convert to Islam after being denied entry into temple
Around 250 Dalit families have threatened to convert to Islam after they were denied entry in a temple in Tamil Nadu. These families belongs to Tamil Nadu villages, Pazhangkallimedu and Nagapalli. As per the reports, 180 Dalit families have claimed that upper caste Hindus are denying them the right to lead rituals on even one of a five-day annual festival at the Bhadra Kaliamman temple.
