A quick "Crispy Potato Fry" Recipe :) Ingredients Potato - 4 nos Oil Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chilli powder - 2 tsp For Tempering Chana Dal - 1 tsp Urad Dal - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli - 2 nos Few Curry leaves Method: 1. Heat Oil in a wide pan. Add the Tempering ingredients Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida powder & Red Chilli. 2. Add the Potato, Curry leaves & saute it till the Potatoes are half cooked. 3. Keep the flame low and add salt, turmeric powder and kashmiri chilli powder and saute well till the potatoes are cooked.
