Corrupt Congress, lousy infrastructure responsible for devastation in Kerala, says Swamy
New Delhi, Aug 20 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday slammed Congress party for lousy management and poor infrastructure in Kerala state. He said that Pinarayi Vijayan-led government and the Congress have failed to develop a proper contingency plan leading to man-made disaster. "It's a monumental failure of Congress in Kerala that we have such a lousy infrastructure that it can't absorb this level of floods. All the money has been gone in corruption, Kerala perhaps one of the most corrupt state in the country," Swamy said.
