Corn Cheese Balls
Ingredients
Cooked Corns - 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese grated - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
Salt to taste
All purpose flour (or) Maida - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Method:
1. Pulse the corn into a coarse mixture.
2. To this mixture, add salt, green chilli, all purpose flour/maida and mozzarella cheese. Mix it gently.
3. Roll this mixture into small balls and refrigerate it for about 10 minutes.
4. After ten minutes, remove them, dip each ball into milk and coat it by rolling it in bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry them till they're golden brown in colour.
