Coriander Rice

Coriander Rice Ingredients Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp Cooked Rice Onion - 2 thinly sliced Bay leaf - 1 Cinnamon - 1 Clove - 2 Cardamom - 3 Salt to taste Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp For Masala Paste Green chilli - 3 A piece of Ginger Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves Shallots - 3 to 4 Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - 1 bunch Method: 1. First step to make masala paste. In a blender add Green chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Shallots, Grated Coconut, Coriander leaves & add a little Water to grind it into a fine paste. 2. Heat Ghee in a wide pan. Add Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Onion & sauté it till it turns brown colour. 3. Then add the grounded Masala paste & mix well till the raw smell goes off. 4. Halfway through add Salt, Garam Masala powder & mix well. 5. Once the raw smell goes off Add the Cooked Rice little at a time & gently mix it. 6. Serve hot with Onion Raita.
