Congress encourages young leaders: Digvijaya Singh on Rahul taking charge
New Delhi, Nov 01 (ANI): Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Saturday clarified his controversial statement on Rahul Gandhi taking charge of Congress party. Singh said that Congress party always encourages young leaders and would always keep doing so. Singh also said that the party's Central leadership should continue to be leaded by Sonia Gandhi but Rahul should also take over necessary responsibilities.
