Congress criticizes Modi's speech in LS, says Modi govt working for corporate sector
New Delhi, Mar 4 (ANI): The Congress has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech in the Rajya Sabha, saying the central government is working for the benefit of the business houses. Modi was speaking in the Rajya Sabha in reply to the motion of thanks to the President's address on Tuesday. Modi said his government is working for the poor and not for the corporates. He targeted the opposition for making a big issue over land acquisition bill as the government just wants to remove what is lacking in the current law. However, Congress party accused Modi-led government of bringing out changes to suit the corporates. Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said Modi gave an exceptionally good speech.
