The late Paul Walker will live on in “Fast and Furious 7” thanks to
help from his family. According to a Facebook post on the film’s
website - the actor’s two brothers – Cody and Caleb Walker – will
stand in for Paul in the remaining action sequences. Paul tragically
passed away in a car accident during the middle of production but had
completed most of his role.
In TV news, Stephen Colbert is set to go face to face with David
Letterman when he makes an appearance on the Late Show next Tuesday.
The comedy central host is of course taking over for Letterman when
he retires in 2015. And it was just revealed that Colbert is among
the Hollywood Reporter’s 35 Most Powerful People in New York media.
Jimmy Fallon also made the list.
Meanwhile, Jimmy’s former Saturday Night Live co-star Maya Rudolph is
gearing up for a one night TV special. “The Maya Rudolph Show” will
air on NBC in May and serve as a test run for a possible series.
Several SNL alums already on the bill include Andy Samberg, Fred Armisen and Chris Parnell.
