CRPF to deploy newly trained recruits in Maoist hit areas
Noida, June 22 (ANI) : Director General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), K Vijay Kumar today said that newly trained recruits would be deployed in Maoist affected areas and insurgency prone northeastern states for a preliminary training so that they get acclimatized to the challenging conditions. Kumar brushed aside reports, which claimed that the youth in India had lost interest in joining the armed forces and added that the CRPF was carrying on several recruitment drives across India and enthusiasts were rejected as they failed to clear the tough physical and written tests.
