CONG-NCP TALKS INCOMPLETE, TO MEET AGAIN THIS EVENING: RANE
With cracks developing in the NCP-Congress alliance in Maharashtra, as Congress refuses to part with more than 124 seats, the alliance between the two parties seems to be unlikely. Congress and NCP leaders held a meeting this morning to discuss the seat sharing issue, however the talks were inconclusive.
