CCTV captures 3-year-old kid brutally beaten by home tutor in Kolkata, complaint lodged
Kolkata, July 23 (ANI): The police are on a lookout for a middle-aged woman home tutor who is accused of brutally thrashing a three-year-old kid in Kolkata. The incident came to light after a CCTV footage showed the tutor mercilessly beating the child at his home.
