Congress leader Captain Amrinder Singh is rallying around Punjab these days with his party supporters. Singh has already started gauging the situation ahead of 2017 Assembly polls in the state and targeting the SAD-led Badal government. Rallying in Nabha of Patiala district, Singh attacked the Badal government for looting people and neglecting the welfare of farmers and teachers.
