CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN SL TO BE TAKEN UP WITH HIGHER COURT: MEA
After SL government sentenced five Indian fishermen to death on charges of drug smuggling, MEA spokesman Syed Akbaruddin assured to file appeal in higher court saying that India has been pursuing this case very diligently through the Sri Lankan judicial processes.
