CAN USE KUMBH MELA TO TEACH WATER CONSERVATION: PM MODI
At a time when several pasts of the nation are reeling under drought and water scarcity, Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggested that the Simhastha Kumbh Mela, going on in Ujjain, can be used to teach people about water conservation. The PM also suggested a photography competition by the tourism ministry to bring out different hues and moods of the Mela. He gave the suggestions through his ‘Mann ki Baat’ radio program today.
