Britney Spears ROCKS Rainbow Hair!
When it comes to the MTV Video Music Awards, it’s all about the fashion and of course, the hair. Luckily, this year everyone brought it in the tresses department including Britney Spears. We are crowning Brit Brat our winner of the night for the best hair on the VMA red carpet. She mastered pastel streaks with not one color but four.
