BSE closes points 654.25 down on March 26
New Delhi, March 26 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 654.25 points down to stand at 27,457.58. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 188.65 points down to stand at 8,342.15. GSPL and AMTEK AUTO LTD. were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 4.70% and 4.38% along with IDEA and AIA ENGINEERING LTD. with an increase of 4.04% and 3.90% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Vakrangee Limited and HDFC with a decrease of 10.38% and 5.32% along with SUPREME INDUSTRIES LTD. and INDIA CEMENTS LTD. with a decrease of 4.99% and 4.74% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 285.49 points at 18,763.62 while the banking sector is down 528.01 points at 20,445.21 and the realty sector is down at 24.59 points at 1,642.03. The Indian currency is up 0.52% at Rs 62.65 per dollar.
