BSE closes 101.90 points up on Oct 24
New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 101.90 points up to stand at 28,179.08. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 15.90 points up to stand at 8,708.95. ABAN Offshore Ltd and Muthoot Finance Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 5.82% and 5.59% along with NLC India Ltd and Den Networks Ltd with an increase of 5.27% and 5.12% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Mindtree Ltd and Idea Cellular Ltd with a decrease of 4.80% and 3.75% along with CEAT Ltd and Biocon Ltd with a decrease of 3.56% and 3.51% at the close of the markets. VO3: The Auto sector is up 187.14 points at 22431.93 while the Banking sector is up 136.42 points at 22721.87 and the Realty sector is up 0.17 points at 1551.47.The Indian currency is 0.06% down with Rs 66.85 per dollar.
