BJP has taken vow to lie and never speak truth: Nitish Kumar
Tikari, Oct 06 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday said that BJP has taken a vow to always lie and never speak the truth. He added that Delhi has highest crime rate where Police is under the Central Government and slammed the NDA government for stating that Bihar has 'jungle raj'. Bihar legislative assembly elections are due in October as the tenure of the current Legislative Assembly expires on 29 November 2015.
