BJP faces flak for stalling Parliament
New Delhi, Sept 08 (ANI): Slamming the BJP for prolonged disruptions in Parliament over coal scam, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has claimed that the BJP has deliberately stalled Parliament to block the bill proposing promotions to scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and other backward classes in government jobs. Minister of State for Science, Technology and Earth Studies, Ashwani Kumar also slammed the BJP for hurting the Parliamentary structure of democracy.
