BJP demands NE People s Security
New Delhi, Aug 16 (ANI): The BJP has demanded security for people from northeast residing in various parts of the country who are facing alleged threat to their lives post ethnic clashes in Assam. Meanwhile BJP Leader Tarun Vijay demanded an explanation from the central government over the steps that are being taken to combat the prevailing situation. However, Law Minister Salman Khurshid has assured that the Home Ministry would take all necessary steps to curb violence.
