Budgam, Oct 23 (ANI): The famous meadows of Kashmir's 'Tosa Maidan,' till recently used as a firing range of the Indian Army echoing with gunshots, will soon be transformed into a spot of tourist attraction. Tosa Maidan, also known as the 'King of Meadows', is situated in the Pir Panjal range in Budgam district.
