3 men garlanded with shoes, paraded for consuming alcohol
Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh), Sep 19 (ANI): Residents of
Khara village in Madhya Pradesh, punished three men by tonsuring their heads and later paraded with garland of shoes for consuming alcohol. The incident took place when Madhya Pradesh is yet to implement total prohibition on alcohol. A case has been registered and police are investigating the matter.
