2G SCAM: DAYALU AMMAL GETS BAIL IN MONEY-LAUNDERING CASE
In a major relief, a Delhi court has granted bail to Dayalu Ammal, the 84-year-old wife of DMK Chief M Karunanidhi, in a money-laundering case linked with the 2G spectrum scam. A decision on the bail pleas of former Telecom Minister A Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi, daughter of Karunanidhi is expected this afternoon. They will be arrested if their bail is rejected.
