"Playing an aggressive game, India hockey team defeated France by 2-0 in the first match of the Europe Tour, being played at Le Touquet.
Chinglensana Singh and SV Sunil helped India to dominate through-out the match and kept the European team in pressure. France came back strongly after third quarter but they failed to breach Indian defence-line.
