Even with escalating number of mysterious deaths in link with the VYAPAM scam of Madhya Pradesh, in a surprisingly heartless statement, Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda said there was no need for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in the matter, as it is a "silly issue".
