18,000 square feet long Rangoli made by 70 artists to mark Gudi Padwa
Thane (Maharashtra), Mar 17 (ANI): On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, As many as 70 artists put their efforts for nine hours to create a gargantuan Rangoli in Maharashtra’s Thane. The Rangoli was18,000 square feet long using 900 Kgs of rangoli powder. The people of Maharashtra celebrate their New Year on the first day of the Chaitra month in the Hindu Lunar calendar. This year, Gudi Padwa will be celebrated on March 18.
