US DEFENCE SECRETARY LAYS WREATH AT AMAR JAWAN JYOTI
US Defence Secretary Ashton Carter, who is on a three-day visit to the country, was presented the Guard of honour by tri-services this morning. Carter laid wreath at the Amar Jawan Jyoti at India Gate today.
