UP Cabinet Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav has surprised everyone by giving an absurd statement. Shivpal had arrived to take part in a program organized at Allahabad. Replying to questions from the media during the program Shivpal said, "If I see a single pit on the roads, I will push the engineer in the same pit."
