MANOHAR LAL KHATTAR IS NEW HARYANA CM
RSS man Manohar Lal Khattar was sworn-in as the new CM of Haryana this morning. Haryana governor Kaptan Singh Solanki administered the oath of office and secrecy to Khattar in a grand ceremony held at the Mela ground in Panchkula located near Chandigarh.
