Bihar Legislative Assembly today witnessed bizarre situation when an independent woman Legislator fought with women marshals while she was being taken out of the house for staging protest against police action on her and supporters who blocked NH2 after 12 devotees were killed by a container in Aurangabad last Tuesday. Rashmi an Independent MLA from Dehri in Rohtas district has a history of creating ruckus in Assembly. In 2012 she was suspended on similar grounds as she tried to disrupt the proceedings of the House.
