Baba Ramdev displays football skills at charity event
New Delhi, July 25 (ANI): Yoga guru Baba Ramdev took part in a charity football match which was held between parliamentarians and Bollywood stars in New Delhi. The football match was an attempt to raise awareness for two flagship initiatives by Prime Minister Narendra Modi— the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaigns. Ramdev, who was the brand ambassador for the event, was seen actively participating along with the players. The Yoga Guru had a go with the ball as he kicked and chased it around the field. The event also aimed to promote football in the country, before it hosts the U-17 FIFA World Cup next year.
