Yuvraj Singh returned to India on Monday after a long treatment of "germ cell seminoma"

There are two faces of Yuvraj Singh people remember, one with curly hair, big smile and euphoric when India won the World Cup and the other is yesterday's face (during his press conference) still smiling with no hair on his head and a little sign of weakness but determination in his eyes.

He returned to India on Monday after a long treatment of "germ cell seminoma". The procedure involved three cycles of chemotherapy.

Yuvraj Singh is one of the best all rounder India has ever produced. He was born on 12 December 1981, Chandigarh to Yograj Singh and Shabnam Singh.

An all rounder with spectacular abilities both with bat and ball he gradually became a reliable pillar of India's middle order.

He is a left hand batsman and slow left arm orthodox spin bowler. He made his ODI debut on 3 October 2000 against Kenya and played his first Test match against New Zealand in Mohali in 2003. He is one of the best point and covers fielders of India and has a great aim at the stumps.
