Jharkhand losing out battle to poor health schemes

Dumka (Jharkhand), Dec 20 (ANI): Eleven years after its birth, Jharkhand still lacks the basic healthcare facilities and presently the state is being hounded by a high number of deaths caused due to malaria and cerebral malaria.
