No respite for Salman, Court sends him to jail

Aug 24 : The Jodhpur session court has rejected Salman’s appeal against 5 year jail term in Chinkara poaching case.

Mahipal shnoi who is leading the campaign against Salman khan is satisfied with the Court verdict.

The prosecution was confident that Salman’s bail will be rejected by the lower court.

Verdict is against Salman Khan, and now he will be kept behind the Bar, the arrest warrant will be issued on Friday. Salman’s lawyer will file a plea against the 5 years term by Tuesday in High Court.

Salman was not present during the judgment, as he missed the flight to Jodhpur from Hyderabad.

He was accused of killing Chinkara during a film shooting in the year 1998. Chinkara is an endangered species under Wild life act1972 and is worshipped by Bishnoi community. He spent 4 days in Jail after his conviction. There are three more cases pending against him. He has been sentenced to one year imprisonment in another poaching case in Bhawad and filed an appeal against the decision as well.

Earlier the court was adjourned after hearing the argument of both the side on 7th of this Month.

Around 150-200 crore has been invested on this Bollywood actor. The movies waiting to be released are ‘Pokhiri, ‘God Tussi Great Ho’, ‘Yuvraj’ and Mr. and Mrs. Khanna.

Salman Khan has become synonymous with controversies, but has also been tagged as the most misunderstood person in Bollywood.
