Airtel introduces Airtellive.com for its customer

India’s largest private broadband and telephone service provider Airtel Telemedia Services on March 29 has officially announced to launch its free accessing service through a new web portal airtellive.com for Airtel users. For this Airtel has collaborated with world’s one of the largest Internet giant Gole Inc.

Announcing about the service, Airtel official has claimed to become the first Indian telemedia company, which has provided the free service of accessing Google product and services on its portal Airtellive.com.

“Airtellive.com is a milestone in Airtel’s broadband strategy,” said Atul Bindal, the President of Airtel Telemedia Services on the occasion of its inauguration. “It (Airtel) builds upon the current broadband ecosystem infrastructure to establish an Internet destination for web applications.” he added.

The Airtel users on its newly launched web portal can receive Google Apps and alliance suite covering ‘Gmail’, the mailing service of Google, ‘Google Docs’ for online managing and its presentation service of documents and spreadsheets, Google Calendar shared calendaring, and the Start Page feature for creating a customizable home page.

The nexus of Google and Airtel would prove a healthy tonic for Airtel users as both of these brands are famous for productivity, reliability, security and speed. Through using Airtellive.com, users can use the powerful service of both the giants and can feel the best customer experience.

Moreover this, to provide exclusive deals and discounts on the portal, Airtel has also signed up a partnership deal with popular content leaders like shaadi.com, 24x7guru, naukri.com and many others.

The Bharti Airtel Limited functions in three-business units, Mobile services, Telemedia services and Enterprise services in which Airtel Mobile service, is the largest service sector having over 59.67-million subscribers (till February 2008 as per official data) across the country, while it is the only GSM private company of India active in all 23 telecom circles of India.
