President Pratibha Patil to visit Kolkata today

New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): President Pratibha Patil will begin her two-day visit to Kolkata today.

 

This will be the President's first visit to West Bengal since she assumed the highest office of the country.

 

During her visit, the President will participate in the celebrations of 225 years of t Asiatic Society.

 

Besides, she is also scheduled to attend the 150 years celebrations of the Uttarpara Jai Krishna Public Library at Hooghly on Sunday. (ANI)
