Union Minister for Railways, Pawan Kumar Bansal, Vinay Mittal, Chairman of Railway Board and Kul Bhushan the Member of Electric, Railway Board, briefed the media on new Railway Project approved by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, in New Delhi on Thursday.
