BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta and other BJP leaders lodged a complaint in Indraprastha Estate police station against Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, two members of DERC and other officers for preventing the DERC to decrease power tariff under a criminal conspiracy by Delhi Government and power companies.
