Grigorieva didn't break Gibson's marriage, says her mum
Washington, May 20 (ANI): Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva's mother insists that her daughter is not responsible for breaking Mel Gibson's marriage.
Lyudmila Chernukha, a retired Russian music teacher, claims that Oksana had started seeing the 'Braveheart' star well after he and his wife separated, which the mother says happened in 2006.
"He split up with his wife three years ago, so to suggest that she has broken up their marriage is rubbish," People magazine quoted Chernukha as saying.
"He was no longer with his wife so he was bound to meet some woman at some point, it just happened to be Oksana," she added.
However, she preferred to stay mum on her daughter's pregnancy reports.
"I can't say anything," she said.
"Wait for the official statement from them," she added. (ANI)
