Victoria Beckham won't appear in 'High School Musical 3'
Washington, Aug 1 (ANI): Victoria Beckham's representatives have laughed off rumours claiming that the singer is set to star in 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' - despite the film's star Zac Efron asking film bosses to sign her up.
The former 'Spice Girl' had allegedly been slated to play a sexy English teacher in the latest outing of the hit Disney franchise.
The speculation reached new heights after Efron gave the Brit his backing to land a role in the film, saying, "She (Victoria) is hot, funny - and let's not forget her success with The Spice Girls."
However, the move has been dismissed by Beckham's spokesperson, who insists the star has not been offered a role in the film.
"She has not been approached, but the Beckham boys are big fans of High School Musical," Contactmusic quoted the representative, as saying. (ANI)
