Ramat Hasharon (Israel), May 6 (IANS) Prakash Amritraj defeated Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria to advance to the second round of Israel Open here Wednesday.
Prakash beat wild card Dimitrov 7-6 (3), 6-1 and will next meet Harel Levy of Israel in the $100,000 Challenger event.
Levy downed fourth seed Michael Berrer of Germany 6-4, 6-4.
