Washington, July 31 (ANI): Lydia Hearst, the daughter of a kidnapped newspaper heiress Patty Hearst, has been unveiled as the new face of lingerie brand Myla.
Patty was snatched by US guerrilla group the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) in 1974, and later caused controversy by joining the group.
Her daughter Lydia will now front the company's autumn/winter collection.
Creative director Franceska Luther said that the 23-year-old model, great-granddaughter of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst, will bring an 'intelligent sexuality' to the new season's range.
"We were delighted when the opportunity arose to work with Lydia. She has an amazing dynamic energy. She perfectly represents the Myla women," The Independent quoted Luther, as saying.
Lydia can be seen posing in a range of 1940s-inspired underwear for Myla's new collection. (ANI)
