London, July 30 (ANI): Lesbian couple Martha Padgett and Karen Wesolowski become moms to the world's first quadruplets born to separate women-two each for both of them.

It was bizarre when Padgett and Wesolowski gave birth to twins on the same day.

They now plan to raise their new family in California.

Karen Wesolowski, 42, had Andrew and Sienna after she used her partner Martha's eggs.

On her part, Martha gave birth to Sophia and Alex.

The father of these quadruplets is a mystery sperm donor.

"The idea of quads never occurred to us," The sun quotyed Martha, as saying. (ANI)
