New Delhi, April 28 (IANS) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Tuesday confessed her craze for producer-director Yash Chopra's Hindi movies, telling a business gathering here that she had viewed the superhit 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' 15 times!
The chief guest at the silver jubilee function of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Ladies Organisation, Dikshit spoke about her love for the movies of Chopra who was present at the event.
'I am a big fan of Yashji. I have watched all his movies at least four to five times. But I broke my own record when I watched 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' 15 times,' she said, evoking thunderous applause from the gathering.
'I don't remember a single bad film by Yashraj Movies as there are none,' added Dikshit, a known film buff.
'I again say that I am a great fan of Yashji.'
Chopra, seated some feet away from the chief minister, smiled as he acknowledged the tribute.
'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' -- a love story -- has completed 700 weeks in a Mumbai theatre in March this year.
Chopra's other popular movies include 'Silsila', 'Daag' and 'Dil To Pagal Hai'.
