Washington, July 30 (ANI): Sam Lufti is determined to fight a restraining order that has him staying least 250 yards from pal Britney Spears from becoming permanent once the current one comes to an end on July 31.
The Spears conservatorship team had brought about the order from February 1, and in the scheduled hearing on July 31, besides discussing the conservatorship issues, they intend to discuss whether the stay-away order should be made permanent.
"Sam won't sign a permanent stay-away," E!online quoted a Lutfi insider as saying.
All this while Lutfi had "quietly" agreed to the order being extended twice, but he is now willing to fight against a permanent order.
"He just agreed to it," Lutfi spokesman Michael Sands said at the time.
"Sam and the family are communicating and cooperating, trying to do what's best for Britney," he had added.
But even Lutfi would like his peace and quite and he "just wants the whole case to go away" and for his name to be cleared.
"If they want to go to trial, he will go to trial," the source said.
"He did nothing wrong," the source added. (ANI)
