WNS partners with Harvard Business Publishing
Mumbai, July 28 (ANI/Business Wire India): WNS (Holdings) Limited, a leading provider of global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, today announced it has partnered with Harvard Business Publishing, to strengthen WNS' leadership development program for senior and middle management executives.
This is among the first such leadership development programs to be developed between a BPO company and Harvard Business Publishing.

The leadership development programs titled "The Leadership Series and The Management Series," will provide WNS executives with intensive leadership and management training through both structured classroom and online courses, with content provided by Harvard Business Publishing. Upon completion of these programs, the participants will receive a certificate.
"By joining with Harvard Business Publishing, one of the world's foremost education institutes, WNS has again strengthened its commitment to our employees' career growth," said Anup Gupta, Group COO, WNS Global Services.

WNS and Harvard Business Publishing have jointly developed the curriculum based on case studies, which are delivered through interactive modules such as webinars and workshops.
The program will extend over a six to nine month period and cover topics such as global business development, change management and team leadership.
